we offer free shipping and returns for all jewellery and small items up to 0.5kg, this shipping option does not include insurance, if in France insurance is included

 

there are shipping upgrades available at the checkout if you prefer to pay a little extra for insurance, more details in section following...

✈ we aim to have your treasures at the post office the next business day after you have placed your order

 

✈ approximate delivery times are provided by La Poste, the French postal system, and can be variable depending on public holidays, custom's clearance, extreme weather events, etc

 

✈ please be sure to provide accurate delivery address details, including a business/company name if using a work address

  

✈ we do everything we can reasonably do to get your order to you without delay, we cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control and of course will do our very best to keep you informed if there are any unexpected delays that we have been made aware of

 

✈ all items shipped outside the European Union may be subject to custom's inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with your country's national laws, thus the buyer is responsible for all duties and taxes that may be incurred

 

unless specified otherwise in the item description, all jewellery is presented in Portobello Lane packaging

 

 

 

 

returns and exchanges

 

✈ we want you to be completely happy, ecstatic even, with your new treasure, so if for any reason your choice turns out not to be the piece for you it may be returned for a full refund or exchange

 

✈ your return shipping costs will be refunded for jewellery and small items less than 0.5kg, once we have received your parcel

 

✈ for vintage items over 0.5kg we are happy for you to return them for an exchange or refund although the return shipping is at your expense

 

✈ please email us prior to returning any items - info@portobellolane.com

 

✈ as long as the item is in it's original condition, unworn and in it's original packaging, we will accept returns up to 30 days from receipt

 

✈ special or custom orders cannot be returned

 

✈ if returning an item please package it to prevent damage on the return journey and use a guaranteed or traceable service such as registered post
